Coaches

Mike Biguenet brings years of collegiate, professional, and player development experience to 365 Baseball Development. A standout third baseman at the University of Texas at Dallas, Mike earned First Team All-Conference honors in 2003 and 2004 and was named a Third Team All-America All-West selection in 2004. He went on to play professionally in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization with the Lancaster JetHawks and Yakima Bears. After his playing career, Mike dedicated himself to developing athletes, running Swing It Baseball from 2006–2013 and serving as Lead Hitting Instructor for NOLA Baseball from 2010–2012. His passion for the game and commitment to helping players reach their full potential make him a valuable mentor for athletes of all ages and skill levels.

Coach Conrad brings over 25 years of coaching experience and a wealth of knowledge in player development to 365 Baseball Development. Throughout his career, he has helped athletes reach the next level by serving as a College Recruiting Coordinator for four years and as Director of College Placement, guiding countless players through the recruiting process. As an experienced instructor in hitting, pitching, and fielding, Coach Conrad is passionate about developing well-rounded athletes while building confidence, discipline, and a strong foundation for success both on and off the field.

Coach Max brings a strong playing background and a passion for developing the next generation of athletes to 365 Baseball Development. A three-year letterman at Mandeville High School, Max earned Second Team All-District honors before continuing his baseball career at Millsaps College from 2006–2009. He later graduated from the University of New Orleans in 2011. Coach Max is committed to helping players strengthen their skills, build confidence, and develop the fundamentals needed to succeed both on and off the field.

Coach Emma brings a competitive playing background and a passion for developing young athletes to 365 Baseball Development. A four-year varsity player at Slidell High School, Emma earned All-District honors all four years and was a two-time National Champion with the Sixers HW National Team. She continued her softball career at Rhodes College as an infielder/utility player, where she further developed her leadership and knowledge of the game. Coach Emma is dedicated to helping players build strong fundamentals, grow their confidence, and develop both on and off the field

Coach Mark is the owner of 365 Baseball Development and has spent the past 10 years coaching and mentoring youth baseball players. Dedicated to helping young athletes grow both on and off the field, Coach Mark focuses on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the game. His passion for player development and commitment to creating a positive learning environment have helped countless athletes improve their skills while fostering teamwork, discipline, and character.
